Host your own VIRTUAL cookie swap!

As the number of COVID-19 cases have increased, gathering sizes are now being restricted, limiting in-person gatherings (25 event space; 10 in private homes).  As such, traditional holiday gatherings need to be redesigned.  The below is an outline of how RT Events Cookie Swap will take place.

The host is responsible for selecting and confirming the participants and choosing the date for the swap’s virtual gathering.  All swap attendees will get cookies to host/RT events no later than the day before the event.  RT Events will sort and package the cookies for distribution to all the attendees.  Distribution can be delivery (delivered to each individual participating for an additional $10 per delivery address) or pick-up (based on host’s preference).  Cookies and selected refreshments will be delivered prior to the start of the gathering.

Food:

Brunch option: $20/person includes a choice of:

  • Eggs (or omelet), hash browns, and toast;

  • Pancakes or French toast (with optional toppings of strawberries, blueberries, or bananas)

  • Latte, fresh fruit arrangement, baked good (croissant, bagel, muffin, etc).

Lunch/Dinner option: $25/person includes a choice of:

  • Sandwich with choice of chips/side salad

  • Salad and soup with choice of protein

  • Personal pizza with side salad

Decorations:

Included in the management fee ($50/12 participants), each participant will receive a festive Tupperware for cookies.  Other decorations can be added based on the host’s preference.
